Preparing for Your Check-Up

So that your results can be assessed correctly, we recommend paying attention to the following points before your check-up.

  • 12-Hour Fast

We recommend coming for your check-up after fasting for at least 12 hours. You may drink water while fasting.

  • Medication and Supplements

Be sure to tell us about any medication you take. We recommend stopping vitamin and mineral supplements and alcohol 3 days beforehand.

  • Menstrual Period

For women, the menstrual period is not a suitable time for a check-up; plan your appointment outside this period.

  • Previous Results

Bringing the results of your previous tests with you is useful for comparison.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any other questions, you can reach us by phone or WhatsApp.

What is a check-up?

A check-up is a general health screening that aims to detect, at an early stage, certain diseases that may arise depending on age and hereditary and environmental factors. You do not need to have a health problem to have a check-up.

Why should I have a check-up?

Many diseases show no symptoms in their early stages. Regular check-ups help possible risks to be noticed early and timely precautions to be taken together with your doctor.

How often should I have a check-up?

The general recommendation is to have a check-up once a year. There is no age limit for a check-up; you can decide on the most suitable frequency together with your doctor.

Does a check-up eliminate the risk of disease?

No. A check-up does not eliminate the risk of disease; however, it makes it easier to notice risks early and to take precautions before difficult treatment becomes necessary.

Which package should I choose?

The right package depends on your age, sex and medical history. If you find it hard to decide, contact us by WhatsApp or phone and we will choose the package that suits your needs together.

Can I have my check-up at home?

Yes. With our home blood collection service, your sample can be collected at your address at the appointment time.
